Mackerel delicious with rosemary bay and lemon stuffed into body cavity and backed wrapped in foil with a grain mustard, butter and parsley sauce smeared on the fish - cut slashes in the skin first. Best with fresh fish direct from the sea - these were harvested in Weymouth Bay on the afternoon of eating.
